This year, our very own Eric Kuchar, Senior Manager and Head of Business Development at MCWB Architects was included in Traditional Building’s 25 Leaders in Preservation. This profile highlights professionals “who have dedicated themselves to their careers to furthering traditionally built environments through education, architecture, design and craft.”
Eric has led a variety of complex projects that directly connect to this nation’s history. His ability to make connections, and educate interested students and professionals on project management, developing technologies and the overall significance of maintaining and preserving historic buildings is inspiring. His work reflects MCWB’s commitment to preservation and innovation. Eric’s diverse portfolio includes work on well-known sites such as Thomas Jefferson’s University of Virginia. He’s contributed to projects within the Academical Village including the Roof and Rail restoration above the East & West Lawn Dormitories.
He currently serves as the Chairperson of the Norwich University Board of Fellows for the School of Architecture + Art.
