Sage Hall is a monumental Ruskinian Gothic revival building designed by Cornell Professor and Architect Charles Babcock. The building was constructed in 1875 to serve as Cornell University’s first Women’s Dormitory. Over the years, MCWB has done a variety of work on Sage Hall including an extensive interior and exterior window survey covering over 300 windows.

Replacement of deteriorated brownstone steps with red granite
Waterproofing the main foundation to eliminate leaking
Replacing the south tunnel entrance stone facade and waterproofing
